Dua for headache
Headaches are a typical health problem that most people face at some moment. This is because easy facets such as tension, anxiety, or environmental situations can cause headaches.
Fever and headaches can be harmful if not mended quickly. One way to cure them is by reading a headache dua.
Those who suffer from headaches should recite the prayer of
Quran ul Kareem-
لَّا یُصَدَّعُوْنَ عَنْهَا وَ لَا یُنْزِفُوْنَۙ
Laa yusadda’oona ‘anhaa wa laa yunzifoon
Translation: That will cause them neither headache nor intoxication.
If someone has a headache, should read this verse of the Qur’an three times before and after prayers and blow (make Dam) it on the head.
Dua for fever and headache
Put your hand on the place of headache and recite the following dua seven times:
أسأل الله العظيم ، رب العرش العظيم ان يشفيني (يَشْفِيَكَ)
“As’alu Allah al ‘azim rabbil ‘arshil azim an yashifiani (yashifika)”
Translation:I ask Allah, who is the Lofty and the Lord of the Mighty Throne that He cures me
As in the hadith, The Prophet (ﷺ) said: If anyone visits sick whose time (of death) has not come and says with him seven times: I ask Allah, the Mighty, the Lord of the mighty Throne, to cure you, Allah will cure him from that disease.
HIJAMAH: cupping therapy to relieve headache pain
Cupping therapy is used to treat several ailments, including the pain that comes with headaches. Also, Hijama is suggested by our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), As prophet SAW Said :
“Cupping is the most helpful procedure for human beings to cure themselves.”
(Sahih al-Bukhari 5357)
Cupping therapy It dates back to ancient Egyptian, Chinese, and Middle Eastern cultures. One of the oldest medical in the world, the ancient Egyptians used cupping therapy in 1,550 B.C.

Benefits of using henna in headaches and migraines
Henna is not only used for adornment and beauty purposes. It has been used for medicinal purposes throughout Islamic history. As Narrated by Ibn Majah, whenever Prophet Muhammad Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam suffered from a headache, he used to cover his head with Henna (Khazaab). and said, “Henna helps to relieve headache by the permission of Allah.”
A study carried out in the UAE found that the henna plant had the medicinal properties of reducing inflammations and being a pain reliever.
The Muslim men and women can apply henna on the head, but The men should abstain from applying henna on their hands or feet as in the Hadith “Narrated By ‘Aisha, Ummul Mu’minin : A woman made a sign from behind a curtain to indicate that she had a letter for the Apostle of Allah (PBUH). The Prophet (PBUH) closed his hand, saying: I do not know this is a man’s or a woman’s hand. She said: No, a woman. He said: If you were a woman, you would make a difference to your nails, meaning with henna.“
Benefits of wearing ‘Imamah
As per the medical study, wearing ‘Imamah is very beneficial for the headache.
Please consult a doctor immediately for a headache when you have other symptoms associated with it, such as a fever. And headache may be a warning sign of other infections.
