“A’udhu bi kalimatillahi at-tammati min sharri ma khalaq.”

English: “Rabbana hablana min azwajina wa dhurriyatina, qurrata a’yunin wa-j’alna lil-muttaqina imama”

رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ

Rabbana atina fi-dunya hasanah wa-fi-l-akhirati hasanah waqina ‘adhaban-nar

Translation: “Our Lord, grant us the best in this world and the best in the Hereafter and protect us from the torment of the Fire.

وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ أَنْ خَلَقَ لَكُم مِّنْ أَنفُسِكُمْ أَزْوَاجًا لِّتَسْكُنُوا إِلَيْهَا وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَكُم مَّوَدَّةً وَرَحْمَةً ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ

English: “And of His signs is that He created for you from yourselves mates that you may find tranquility in them; and He placed between you affection and mercy. Indeed, in that are signs for a people who give thought. (Quran, 30:21)
