رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ

“Rabbana atina fid-dunya hasanatan wa fil ‘akhirati hasanatan waqina ‘adhaban-nar”

Our Lord, give us in this world [that which is] good and in the Hereafter [that which is] good and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.

(Surah Al-Baqarah 2:201)

Allahumma inni as’aluka khairal-maali wa khairal-maqasid

O Allah, I ask You for the best of wealth and the best of aims.

(Sunan Ibn Majah 3894)
